Wednesday, October 22nd will be an early 1pm dismissal day for students and Thursday, October 23rd and Friday, October 24th will be no school for students!

Red Ribbon week was started in 1985 to help bring about a reduction in drug use, students participate in a week long campaign of activities to learn about prevention. Click the headline above to learn about the activity for each day.

Report cards will go home with students on Wed. October 29th. Parents may keep the report cards, but we ask that you please sign and date the report card envelope and have your student return the envelope back to their homeroom teacher. This envelope will be used all year to send home progress reports and reports cards.

Our 8th grade students have the opportunity to tour WECHS classrooms, learn about after school clubs, and speak with Upperclassmen about the day-to-day life of a WECHS student during Open House. Learn the ins and outs of WECHS and receive an application at the parent session. Event attendance is not required to apply.
