On May 8th, 2024 from 9am to 3pm, MESH will be at NWMS offering sports physicals for all grades and Tdap/MCV vaccines for rising 7th grade students in need of them. Sports physicals are $20. Any parent who wishes for their student to get a sport physical or Tdap/MCV vaccine needs to contact our school nurse, Mrs. Splawn at 336-903-6224 for required paperwork and directions.
