Sport physicals will be available through the MESH Unit which will be on our NWMS campus on May 9th. In order to receive medical services (sports physical) through the MESH unit on May 9th, each student must have a signed consent form and the cost is $20.00. Please make checks out to Wilkes County Health Department. MESH consent forms are available at North Wilkes Middle School in the front office.
