Summer athletic camps are available for rising 3rd-8th grade students at North Wilkes High School.

Summer basketball camp is available for rising 3rd-8th grade boys at North Wilkes High School on June 12th-14th from 9-12:00PM.

NWMS will have a Powder Puff Football Game on Friday, May 31st at 5:30pm. Rain or Shine! Practices will be held during school hours. All students who are participating will be required to stay after school on the day of the event. If you would like to participate in the game, each participant must return the permission slip and fee of $15 by Wednesday, May 15th to the front office.

Our 8th grade promotion ceremony will be held on Tuesday, June 4th at 8:30am in the NMWS Gymnasium. Parents and Guardians are invited to attend this milestone event!

NWMS will have end of grade testing on the following days:
Tuesday, May 21st - Science EOG (8th Grade Only)
Wednesday, May 22nd - 7th and 8th Grade Reading EOG
Thursday, May 23rd - 6th Grade Reading EOG
Friday, May 24th - 6th Grade Math EOG
Wednesday, May 29th - 7th & 8th Grade Math EOG and Math 1 EOC

Free Sports Health Screening for Rising 9th Graders on May 18th, 2024!

Summer Drone Camp will be held July 22nd-25th from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM at North Wilkes High School. This camp is only open to current 8th grade students (rising 9th graders).

MESH will be at NWMS offering sports physicals for all grades and Tdap/MCV vaccines for rising 7th grade students on May 8th, 2024.
